Problem

Marketers jump between tools to track social performance, influencer stats and reach, so they can’t act fast.

What I did

A single dashboard with metrics grouped by platform, familiar chart types and role-based navigation.

Outcome

Data-dense but calm: built for quick scanning and deeper analysis.

Influencer CRM

Goals

  • Show clear, real-time campaign data at a glance.
  • Make influencer tracking and follower insights easy.
  • Role-based navigation for marketers, analysts and admins.
  • Visualise audience and country reach interactively.
  • Keep the interface light, clean and business-friendly.

The dashboard

The challenge was showing large data sets without overwhelming anyone. A light grayscale base with brand blues keeps attention on the numbers; radar, bar and map charts are types people already know how to read, and generous spacing stops cards from crowding.

Campaign dashboard: key numbers, followers by platform, audience map and engagement radar.
  • Proximity: metrics grouped by platform and function.
  • Hick’s law: a simple layout prevents overload.
  • Jakob’s law: a familiar CRM pattern is learned quickly.
  • Fitts’s law: large refresh buttons and calls to action.

Reflection

Dashboards are a balance between data clarity and a clean interface. Small interactions like “click to refresh” matter, and charts tell a story only when the content logic is designed too.
